Revenue Share & Payout Policy

This policy governs our current pre-launch submission process. The full policy set will be finalized before creator accounts open.

Everything below describes revenue services once Revolution Unlocked has expressly activated them — none of this is active today, and it does not apply to your current founding-creator intake submission, which involves no revenue activity of any kind.

1. Service status and creator share

This policy applies only to revenue services that Revolution Unlocked has expressly activated. Music is the current launch category. The table below is the fee-schedule basis for an activated service; planned categories, commerce, marketplace, event and automated-payout functionality are not active merely because they appear in this document or a financial model.

Revenue streamPlatform feeCreator keeps

Creator keeps the amount shown, less standard payment-processing fees. The current fee schedule is incorporated by reference and controls if this table and it diverge.

2. Payment processing & fund flow

When payments or payouts are activated, they are processed through the payment provider and funds-flow structure then disclosed at onboarding/checkout. Revolution Unlocked will not hold or transmit creator funds outside an approved and lawful structure.

3. Payout schedule & minimums

For an activated payout service, the applicable schedule, minimum threshold, currency, FX treatment, tax documentation and reserve/adjustment terms are stated in the then-current creator onboarding and fee schedule. Until automated disbursement is activated, no dashboard readiness state is a payment instruction or promise of disbursement.

4. Chargebacks, refunds & adjustments

Refunds, chargebacks, and fraud reversals are netted against creator balances. We may hold reserves for disputed amounts.

5. Readiness states

Before automated disbursement is fully live, the dashboard may display earnings/readiness states without transacting. A public payout-launch notice will state the activation date and applicable payment terms.

6. Transparency

Creators can see day-to-day activity and earnings on their own content. Platform-wide fairness metrics are published in aggregate.

7. Changes

Percentages are governed by locked financial decisions; any change is announced in advance and never applied retroactively to already-earned amounts.

Reminder: the sections above describe revenue services once activated — none of this applies to your current founding-creator intake submission. Tax-documentation requirements will be published once payout services are activated.
