Age & Eligibility Policy

1. Minimum age

The Platform is intended for users 18 years and older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. The current signup process and any additional age-control measures are described at signup; we do not claim an age-verification method unless it is available and verified.

2. Creators

Creators must be 18+ and legally able to enter the Creator Agreement. Where an artist entity is represented by an authorized adult, that person warrants their authority.

3. No child data

We do not knowingly provide the Platform to people below the stated minimum age. If we receive a credible report that an ineligible account has provided personal data, we investigate and take the action required by applicable law, including account restriction or deletion where appropriate, subject to necessary security, legal and dispute retention.

4. Age-restricted content

Age-restricted-content classification and access controls apply only where they are implemented, approved and legally required. We will describe the applicable controls before making such a surface available.

5. Reporting

Report suspected underage accounts to safety@revolutionunlocked.com.
